Michelle Wilson started her paralegal career in 1995 and worked for seven years in civil litigation in varied areas of landlord/tenant, probate, personal injury, family law (including DTPA), bad faith insurance, small claims, credit reports, corporate law, traffic violations, Lemon Law, wills and trusts, probate, divorce, adoption law, child custody, child support, commercial litigation, product liability, consumer law, employment law, contracts, eminent domain, DWI, legal malpractice, and some criminal law prior to joining the firm in 2003. Since then she has gained experience in the federal law and has become an invaluable asset to the firm in the area of corporate and individual bankruptcy. Michelle uses her knowledge, experience, and compassion to benefit the clients of J. Michael McBride, P.C.
