Michelle Wilson

Paralegal / Bankruptcy / Litigation

Career Overview

Michelle Wilson started her paralegal career in 1995. Prior to joining the McBride law firm in 2003, Michelle worked in various areas of civil litigation including landlord/tenant, wills/probate, personal injury, family law, divorce, adoption law, child custody, child support, bad faith insurance, small claims, credit reports, corporate law, commercial litigation, product liability, employment law, contracts, and eminent domain. With the civil legal experience gained in the first seven years of her career, the transition to federal bankruptcy law was easy one. Since then Michelle has become an invaluable asset to the firm focusing mainly on corporate chapter 11 and 7 bankruptcies and consumer chapter 7 bankruptcies. Michelle uses her keen knowledge and paralegal experience to benefit the clients of J. Michael McBride, P.C.

Outside the firm, Michelle enjoys gathering with family and friends.  In addition, Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors camping, kayaking and driving down Texas back roads in her Jeep.
